Group Training

Exercise can be a great way to bring people together to do something positive. Many clients enjoy working out with their friends, spouses, and family as a way of staying motivated and having fun, and so Fitness Friend offers the option of small group personal training as well. Having another person working hard along with you can provide a boost of energy and extra moral support during a workout. Exercise can be an excellent social outlet for people as well, and many clients look forward to having a set time where they get to see their friends and families during the week. Our trainers are charismatic group leaders who know how to give people a great workout while also making people laugh and enjoy their time. And, because our trainers are meticulous in programming routines for groups that focus on individual needs, clients can expect the same specialized, personal care in the small group setting as with one-on-one sessions.
