I’ve been working out with Ben for about 6 months now and couldn’t be happier. When we started, I could barely do ten push ups and would be winded after a few jumping jacks. Today, I am 17lbs lighter, down a couple of sizes, and can crank out pushups, squats, jumping jacks, etc without a problem. I look and feel much better to Ben’s motivation and hard work.

Plus, it couldn’t be more convenient as he comes to my office with all the necessary equipment and trains me on the spot.

On top of all of that, Ben is a great guy and a pleasure to be around…. Great stuff folks.
